You must have heard of this one, it's a complete classic on the free-chow scene. During their Mortini Hour (Mon-Fri, 5-7pm), you get to chomp on free-flowing filet mignon steak sandwiches served to you butler-style when you order their equally delectable range of martinis at $10.95 each.

Axis Bar and Lounge
This sleek hotel bar and lounge is where you can dig into a lovely range of complimentary tapas when you order a $13 cocktail from 5-8pm daily. Choose from three kinds of tapas every day-which are changed regularly from a list of 23 items including: three-taste chicken skewers, homemade tomato salsa, tandoori lamb with mint yoghurt, marinated button mushrooms with anchovies, and more.

Bellini Grande
Opened by the folks behind St. James, this sleek club doles out 50 percent discounts off all drinks-plus complimentary Wagyu and tuna burgers from Mon-Fri, 6-9pm.

Camp
Camp offers one-for-one house pours, Santa Rita wines, draft beers and spirits from Mon-Thu, 6-9pm. Another good promo that you can enjoy daily: buy two bottles of wines, spirits or champagne and get a cheese platter or one-meter long sausage on the house; or get a bottle of Henkel Trocken sparkling wine at $45.

El Toro Restro Bar
This chill-out restaurant not only has a charming ambiance, but also some robust, tasty Mexican chow. Grab unlimited Latin tapas with purchase of sangria at $15 every Wed from 5-9pm.

Majestic Bar
This gorgeous bar not only has a swanky, funky interior but also great happy hour promotions every day from 5-8pm, with $10 martinis and a complimentary snack with every order.

Pierside
This perennial favourite of the crowd frequenting One Fullerton boasts martinis, cocktails, muddled drinks, shooters, house pours, spirits, house wines and beers (Hoegaarden on tap, and bottled Tiger and Heineken) at $10 each during happy hours (Mon-Sat, 5-8pm). Better yet-every order of drinks will be accompanied by a complimentary snack (think signature mini burgers or roast beef sandwiches).

Michel Lu's latest, hippest bar venture gives 25 percent off all drinks from 6-10pm and complimentary mini Cuban beef burgers till 8pm every Mon-Fri.

Zsofi Tapas Bar
Traditionally, tapas are served free with drinks. Zsofi is one of the few places that has retained this practice. So you'll get a serving of tapas (like lip-smackingly good chili buffalo wings, stuffed eggs with capers and caviar, and homemade meatballs) with every drink you order-try the aloe vera sangria ($7).
